Visa Application Requirements:

Passport: valid for at least 6 months, along with copies of the used pages concerning visa entry and exit stamps of recent and old passports
Two recent colored biometric photographs with white background – 5×5 cm.
3 – 6 Month Bank Statement & FBR / NTN / Income / Active Tax Payer Certificate
In case applicant has a sponsor, affidavit letter from sponsor on a stamp paper for the covering of the expenses along with the proof of income
